Sri Lanka’s Philatelic Bureau lists a special cover for the Ceylon Moor Ladies’ Union dated 10 October 2026. The horizontal cover measures 190 × 115 mm, is printed in four process colours and is priced at 250 rupees.

The official artwork carries a large “90” anniversary emblem, the Union’s name and “Founded 1936”. It shows the Union’s premises among trees and bears a Colombo first-day cancellation dated 10.10.2026.

The Union’s own account confirms that 2026 marks 90 years since its foundation on 25 March 1936 by eleven women. Its anniversary activities included a founders’ commemoration in March and a separate celebration in July; those dates are distinct from the October postal issue.
