3. Right to Erasure

4. Right to Restrict Processing

You may set your profile visibility to "Private" at any time, removing it from the public directory while keeping your account active.

5. Right to Data Portability

You may request a copy of your stored data via our Contact page.

6. Data We Process

• Account credentials (email, phone, Google/Facebook ID)
• Profile details (name, alias, address, city, state, bio, collection images)
• Social activity (followers, likes, testimonials, event submissions)

7. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on your consent (given at registration) and our legitimate interest in operating the community directory you've chosen to join.

8. Data Retention Period

Data is retained while your account remains active, and deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
