• Account info: email, phone number, Google/Facebook profile ID.
• Profile info: name, alias, address, city, state, collector type, bio, collection images, exhibitions, memberships.
• Usage data: followers, likes, testimonials, and events you submit.

2. How We Use Google Account Data

When you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile information solely to create and authenticate your account. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, or other Google services. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

3. How We Use Facebook Account Data

When you sign in with Facebook, we receive your public profile and email (if shared) solely for account creation and login. We do not post on your behalf or access your Facebook friends list or other private data.

4. Phone Number & OTP

If you log in via phone, your number is used only to send a one-time password (OTP) via Twilio for verification. The OTP itself is not stored after successful verification — only your verified phone number is retained for future logins.

5. No Selling of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a secured MySQL database. We use industry-standard practices (prepared statements, hashed credentials where applicable) to protect your information.

7. Your Rights

• You can access and edit your profile information at any time after logging in.
• You can set your profile to private, hiding it from the public directory.
• You can request full deletion of your data via our Data Deletion page.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon a verified deletion request, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
