India Post released a special cover depicting Raja Nahar Singh Palace in Ballabhgarh on 12 October 2026, Hindustan reported. Faridabad postal superintendent R. A. Yadav said the 20-rupee cover formed part of National Postal Week activities.

The release programme also heard calls to develop the palace as a museum and revive its traditional Kartik fair. Participants linked those proposals to preserving Raja Nahar Singh’s contribution to the 1857 uprising and making that history accessible to younger visitors.

Postal headquarters assistant superintendent Shailendra Singh and inspector Pradeep Narwal attended alongside community representatives. The report distinguishes the new palace cover from India’s earlier Raja Nahar Singh postage stamp, issued on 9 January 1998.
