PHLPost and the Philippine Department of Tourism presented ASEAN chairship stamps and official tourism postcards at a memorandum-of-agreement signing in Makati on 4 November 2026, according to a Philippine News Agency report carried by The Chronicle.

The stamp bears the Philippine ASEAN chairship logo. Under the partnership, local and overseas delegates will be able to use postal services at the ASEAN International Media Center and send the postcards bearing Philippine postage to destinations abroad. Tourism Secretary Dita Angara-Mathay also identified the World Trade Center among the locations for the initiative.

The presentation links tourism imagery with physical mail for participants in the 49th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits. PHLPost chief Maximo Sta. Maria III described the postcards and stamps as tangible reminders of visitors’ experiences. The report gives 15–17 November as the ASEAN Leaders’ Summit dates.

The illustrated display includes an ASEAN Philippines 2026 stamp sheet and first-day cover. A separate PNA report records the chairship stamp’s unveiling in November 2025.
