A World Post Day stamp exhibition was held at the municipal council library in Gola Gokarannath on 9 October 2026. Hindustan reported that Mahesh Kumar Patwari supplied a collection containing hundreds of stamps from dozens of countries.

Municipal chair Vijay Shukla Rinku honoured Patwari and main postmaster Mukesh Yadav during the programme. Children viewed the stamps closely, with the report noting that some were seeing such material for the first time. Dhiraj Bajpeyi conducted the event.

The library display brought Patwari's collection before local visitors as part of the World Post Day observance. The newspaper identifies the venue and participants but does not publish a catalogue of the exhibited stamps.
