Ukrposhta’s 12 October 2026 philatelic bulletin announces stamp No. 2263, Lemkivshchyna, in the tenth definitive issue devoted to Ukrainian folk pysanky. The purple-and-white decorated egg stamp enters circulation on 15 October.

Its U denomination covers an ordinary domestic letter weighing up to 50 grams and a postcard. The bulletin prices a single at 24 hryvnias and a forty-stamp sheet at 960 hryvnias. The planned printing is 30 million stamps, arranged eight across and five down.

The stamp measures 22 by 24.48 millimetres and is printed by offset on gummed paper with watermarks and security fibres at the Ukraina printing works. Oksana Shuklinova designed the stamp, using an egg photograph from the Ivan Honchar Museum collection. Nataliia Kokhal created the first-day envelope artwork.

The bulletin also illustrates a 60-hryvnia C6 first-day cover and the Kyiv cancellation. It states that new definitive issues and their first-day covers are not supplied through the philatelic subscription.
