FEPA published the ITALIA 2026 press pack on 12 October, ahead of the international philatelic literature exhibition in Rome on 15–18 October. The seven-page document brings together the prize arrangements and parallel programme for the exhibition at Hotel VillaEur Parco dei Pini.

The Grand Prix is the bibliophile edition of The ERIVAN Sales: 29 volumes in eight slipcases, presented by The Global Philatelic Network. Fondazione Khouzam supplies six Best in Class plates. Participants receive a virtual award certificate and a brief jury report; those attending the palmarès also receive a printed certificate.

Two FEPA seminars are scheduled on Friday 16 October from 15:00 to 18:00. Saturday’s programme includes philatelic-library and book presentations, association meetings, and an Order of Malta postal service with a special envelope and postmark. The palmarès dinner and results announcement are scheduled for 20:00.

The FEPA Congress runs on Sunday 18 October from 10:00 to 13:00, when the exhibition closes.
