Japan Post’s Kyushu branch announced an original Frame Stamp sheet marking the 20th anniversary of Ibusuki’s municipal establishment on 13 October 2026. Counter sales start on 23 October; online orders open at 00:15 Japan time on 25 October.

The issue comprises ten ¥110 stamps in a sheet priced at ¥1,700 including tax. Japan Post lists 650 sheets and product code 2610000103229. Online purchases incur postage and related charges in addition to the sheet price.

Sales are planned through 86 post offices in Kagoshima Prefecture. The network includes offices in Ibusuki, Ichikikushikino, Hioki, Makurazaki, Minamikyushu and Minamisatsuma, plus eight named offices in Kagoshima City. Some simplified post offices are excluded.

The illustrated sheet combines local subjects including sand-bath visitors, a yellow postbox, food, coastal scenery and Mount Kaimon with sunflowers. A large photograph above the stamps shows a heart-shaped structure framing coastal scenery.

A presentation to Ibusuki mayor Akashi Uchikoshi is scheduled for 16:30 on 19 October at Ibusuki City Hall’s second-floor mayoral reception room. That ceremony occurs four days before counter sales begin.
