Japan Post's Kyushu branch announced a 2026 Saga International Balloon Fiesta frame-stamp set on 14 October 2026. Local sales begin on 28 October, with 1,000 sets available through 44 participating post offices in Saga City; some contracted postal agencies are excluded.

Each set contains ten stamps: five with a denomination of 110 yen and five of 85 yen, together with three postcards. The tax-inclusive price is 1,800 yen per set. The stamp sheet combines photographs of hot-air balloons with a large balloon-festival image above the stamps.

Online sales are scheduled to begin at 00:15 on 5 November, Japanese time, through the postal online shop, with postage and related charges additional to the set price.

A presentation ceremony is scheduled for 16:15 on 21 October at Saga City Hall. The recipients are Saga's mayor and the chair of the Saga Balloon Fiesta organising committee. This presentation precedes the public sale date.
