Correos released a Christmas stamp on 14 October 2026 depicting the underwater nativity scene at Pozo Azul in Covanera, Burgos. The design carries Tarifa B, used for the European letter category.

The tradition began in 2004 with members of Delfín Club Burgos. Artist and club member Alfredo Galarreta Alonso creates the nativity scene, which is installed inside a diving cylinder opened lengthwise and lowered to around ten metres below the surface during the Christmas period.

The stamp is offset-printed on phosphorescent self-adhesive material. It measures 35 by 24.5 millimetres, is presented in sheets of fifty and has an unlimited print run.

The issue combines Christmas, cave diving and a specific regional custom. Correos offers it through post offices, its online marketplace and the philatelic service.
