Poșta Moldovei’s English-language philatelic catalogue lists a six-stamp issue titled “Personalities. Anniversaries” under catalogue numbers MP1429–1434, with an original issue date of 16 October 2026. The same operator’s Romanian-language catalogue currently assigns 28 October to the identical catalogue range, so the actual release date remains unresolved in the official online record.

The English page gives face values of 5 lei for MP1429, MP1430, MP1432 and MP1433, and 13.50 lei for MP1431 and MP1434. The first three stamps measure 46 × 27.5 mm, while the final three use the same dimensions vertically. Four-colour artwork is credited to Eugeniu Verebceanu.

The official illustration for MP1429 identifies Nicolae Florov (1876–1948), a professor of agrogeology and director of the National Museum in Chișinău, and marks the 150th anniversary of his birth. The issue is accompanied by two first-day covers, catalogue numbers PPZ0575–0576, designed by Verebceanu. The English cover page lists a set price of 117 lei, a production of 200 two-cover sets and black special postmark number 556.

The catalogue’s printing-run line appears internally inconsistent because it names MP1426–1431 rather than the stated MP1429–1434 range. Those quantities cannot safely be assigned to all six stamps without correction from the postal operator. The conflicting language versions likewise prevent a definitive statement that the issue entered service on 16 October.
