Kyrgyz Express Post issued two Birds of Kyrgyzstan stamps on 28 August 2026: a 150-som Indian golden oriole and a 300-som common kingfisher. Its 26 August newsletter links the issue to BIRDPEX 10 in La Louvière, Belgium.
The stamps were issued in separate miniature sheets of six. The quantity was 7,200 of each stamp, or 1,200 sheets of each design. Daria Maier designed the issue, printed by Nova Imprim in Chișinău, Moldova. The newsletter cites Ministry Order No. 77 of 12 August as the authority for circulation.
