International reply coupons to be discontinued after 31 December 2026

The Universal Postal Union announced on 15 December 2025 that the international reply coupon would be discontinued on 31 December 2026. Member countries had approved the decision at the Universal Postal Congress in Dubai on 17 September 2025.
The UPU said coupons would remain valid for sale and exchange until 31 December 2026. It also announced plans for a special commemorative product marking the end of the service; the announcement did not give that product’s release details.
