The Kuwait Philatelic and Numismatic Society presented Isa Yahya Abdulrasool Dashti’s book on Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah at the National Library. Al-Jarida reported the lecture on 30 September 2026; Al-Rai’s subsequent account described the postal material discussed.

The book brings together postage and revenue stamps and portrait postcards associated with Kuwait’s tenth ruler. It was produced in cooperation with the National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters. The lecture connected the illustrated material with the ruler’s life and the period in which it circulated.
