Australia Post marks the King’s birthday with two portrait stamps

Australia Post released its 2026 King’s Birthday stamps on 20 October. The two denominations are A$1.85 and A$4.70 International, using photographs by Millie Pilkington. The portraits show King Charles III at Highgrove and in Highland dress at Balmoral.
The issue precedes his 78th birthday on 14 November. Jason Watts designed the stamps, which RA Printing produced by offset lithography. The first-day postmark location is Charlestown, New South Wales.
