Requesting Account Deletion

Asking us to permanently delete your account and everything connected to it. This cannot be undone once completed, so only do this if you're certain.
Where: If you're logged in, go to your profile page and look for "Request Account Deletion" near the bottom. If you can't log in at all, reach the separate page for that through "Contacting Us."

1. Tap "Request Account Deletion."
2. Confirm — tap "Submit Request" to proceed.
3. If you can't log in: enter the email or phone linked to your account instead. We'll send a confirmation link to your registered email — click it within 1 hour to confirm it's really you.
4. Either way, nothing is deleted immediately. Your request is reviewed by our team first (this also protects you — if there's ever a dispute involving your account, deletion can be paused until it's resolved). Once approved, the actual deletion is completed within 30 days.
5. Remember: this cannot be undone. Once it's done, your account and data are gone for good.
