Adding Co-Admins

What this is: Giving other people permission to help you manage your club.
Where: Go to My Account → My Clubs, and tap "Co-Admins" on your club's card.

A "co-admin" is another person you trust to help run your club's page alongside you. Only you, as the club's owner, can add or remove co-admins — and you can have up to 5 at a time.

1. Search for and pick someone who is already a member of your club.
2. Decide exactly what you want to let them do. You'll see a list of areas — things like Members, Events, Content, Office Bearers, Awards, your club's Profile, and Courses — and you switch on only the ones you want to give them access to. You don't have to give them everything.
3. For some of these, you can also limit them to only managing things they personally created, rather than everything in the whole club.
4. The person doesn't become a co-admin right away — they'll get a notification asking them to accept first. It's never forced on someone.
5. You can also choose whether their actions need your final approval before going live, or whether you trust them to publish on their own.
