Managing Your Club
Fees, Office Bearers, Co-Admins, Ownership Transfer, Content Visibility, and your Site Package.
Where: Go to My Account → My Clubs → Config on your club's card, then open "Membership Details."
A "tier" just means one option someone can choose when joining — you can offer just one, or several different ones (for example, a cheaper yearly option and a more expensive one-time lifetime option).
- Tap to add a row for each option you want to offer.
- For each one, fill in:
- Tier Name — a short label so people know what they're picking, like "Yearly" or "Lifetime."
- Amount — how much it costs.
- Valid For — tap this box and choose how long it lasts: 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, or Lifetime (meaning it never expires).
- If someone has already joined your club under a particular option, you won't be able to delete that option anymore — this is to protect the people who already signed up under it.
Where: Go to My Account → My Clubs, and tap "Bearers" on your club's card.
"Office Bearers" just means the people who hold official positions in your club. This section lets you list them so they show up on your club's page.
- Tap to add someone, then choose their Role from a list: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Committee Member, or Other. If you pick "Other," a box appears where you type the exact title yourself, like "Joint Secretary."
- Choosing the person: if they're already a member of the site, you can search for and pick their real profile. If they're not on the site, that's fine too — you can just type their name in by hand instead.
- You can optionally add a photo of them, and the dates they started and (if it has an end date) finished in that role.
- If you're listing more than one office bearer, you can choose the order they appear in on your page.
- If you picked a real member from the site, they'll automatically get a notification telling them they've been added.
Where: Go to My Account → My Clubs, and tap "Co-Admins" on your club's card.
A "co-admin" is another person you trust to help run your club's page alongside you. Only you, as the club's owner, can add or remove co-admins — and you can have up to 5 at a time.
- Search for and pick someone who is already a member of your club.
- Decide exactly what you want to let them do. You'll see a list of areas — things like Members, Events, Content, Office Bearers, Awards, your club's Profile, and Courses — and you switch on only the ones you want to give them access to. You don't have to give them everything.
- For some of these, you can also limit them to only managing things they personally created, rather than everything in the whole club.
- The person doesn't become a co-admin right away — they'll get a notification asking them to accept first. It's never forced on someone.
- You can also choose whether their actions need your final approval before going live, or whether you trust them to publish on their own.
Where: Go to My Account → My Clubs, and tap "Transfer" on your club's card.
There are two different ways this can happen:
- You choose to hand it over. Pick another member of your club to become the new owner. They have to say yes themselves — you can't force it on them. While you're waiting for their answer, you're still able to cancel the request if you change your mind.
- Someone else asks on your behalf, if you've gone quiet. If you, as the current owner, have stopped responding or are no longer active, any regular approved member of your club — they don't need any special role — can contact our site's admin team and ask them to hand ownership to someone else. There's no set waiting time required before they're allowed to ask.
Where: Being honest here — there's currently no button or menu anywhere on the site that leads to this page. It exists and works, but nothing links to it yet.
This setting controls who is allowed to see the events your club posts. Right now, this is the only thing on this page that actually changes anything — a few other settings are shown below it (Publications, Awards, Member Directory, Resources, Photo Gallery, News) but they're locked to "Everyone can see them" for now, so there's nothing to change there yet.
For your club's Events, tap the box and choose one of these:
- Everyone (Public) — anyone visiting the site can see them, even without an account.
- Logged-in Users — only people who have created an account on the site.
- Pending Members — only people who've applied to join your club, even before your club has approved them.
- Verified Members Only — only people your club has fully confirmed as real members.
Where: Go to My Account → My Clubs, and tap the package button on your club's card (it shows your current package name, like "Free," followed by "(Change)").
This is separate from what your club's own members pay to join — this is what your club can pay the platform for extra help and presence.
- You'll see two tiles: Branded and Support. You can pick either one, both, or neither — tap a tile to open it and see its choices.
If you tap Branded (Your Domain):
- This gives your club its own dedicated web address instead of sharing a generic one, plus a professional email address on that same domain — makes your club look more established to members and sponsors.
- You'll see two ways to do it:
- "You Buy Domain & SSL, Pointed To Us" — you purchase your own domain name and its security certificate yourself, and just tell it to point to us.
- "We Take Care Of Technology" — we handle buying and managing the domain and its security for you.
- Tap the one you want, then tap Add to Cart.
If you tap Support (Your Time Matters):
- This means our team handles your club's day-to-day online work for you — posting events, making updates — so you don't have to learn the platform or spend your own time on it.
- Choose how many hours of support per day you want: 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours a day (billed as a yearly amount). The more hours you choose, the better value per hour you get.
- Tap the one you want, then tap Add to Cart.
- You can add both Branded and Support to your cart at the same time if you want both.
- When you're ready, tap Checkout.
- Choose how to pay: Pay Online (instant, secure window) or Pay Offline (enter your payment reference and upload proof; our team reviews it before approving).
- If a package is already active, you can't buy it again until you're within 1 month of it expiring — you'll just see when it runs out. And if you started buying one but didn't finish paying, coming back here shows that unfinished request instead of making you start over.
