Your Club's Site Package

What this is: Your club paying the platform for extra features like its own web address or dedicated support staff.
Where: Go to My Account → My Clubs, and tap the package button on your club's card (it shows your current package name, like "Free," followed by "(Change)").

This is separate from what your club's own members pay to join — this is what your club can pay the platform for extra help and presence.

1. You'll see two tiles: Branded and Support. You can pick either one, both, or neither — tap a tile to open it and see its choices.

If you tap Branded (Your Domain):

• This gives your club its own dedicated web address instead of sharing a generic one, plus a professional email address on that same domain — makes your club look more established to members and sponsors.
• You'll see two ways to do it:
  • "You Buy Domain & SSL, Pointed To Us" — you purchase your own domain name and its security certificate yourself, and just tell it to point to us.
  • "We Take Care Of Technology" — we handle buying and managing the domain and its security for you.
• Tap the one you want, then tap Add to Cart.

If you tap Support (Your Time Matters):

• This means our team handles your club's day-to-day online work for you — posting events, making updates — so you don't have to learn the platform or spend your own time on it.
• Choose how many hours of support per day you want: 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours a day (billed as a yearly amount). The more hours you choose, the better value per hour you get.
• Tap the one you want, then tap Add to Cart.

2. You can add both Branded and Support to your cart at the same time if you want both.
3. When you're ready, tap Checkout.
4. Choose how to pay: Pay Online (instant, secure window) or Pay Offline (enter your payment reference and upload proof; our team reviews it before approving).
5. If a package is already active, you can't buy it again until you're within 1 month of it expiring — you'll just see when it runs out. And if you started buying one but didn't finish paying, coming back here shows that unfinished request instead of making you start over.
