Sending a message directly to our team — for a technical problem, a billing question, feedback, or anything else. You don't need to be logged in.
Where: Go to "Community" in the main menu, then tap "Contact Us."

1. Fill in your Name, Email, and optionally your Phone number.
2. Choose a Reason (required): Technical Issue, Billing & Payment, Marketing & Business Collaboration, Club & Membership, Content & Moderation, Press & Media, or General Feedback.
3. Optionally pick a Module if your question is about a specific part of the site — Directory, Events, Learning, AI Stamp, Albums, Announcements/Volunteer, Awards/Publications/Resources, Login/Account, or Other.
4. If it relates to something specific — like a particular event — mention it in "Event Reference" (optional), such as the event's name or a link to the exact page.
5. Write your message and submit it.
6. Our team will get back to you using the email or phone number you provided.
