Sharing a Testimonial
Writing a short review about your experience using the site, with star ratings, so other members can see what current members think.
Where: Go to "Community" in the main menu, then tap "Testimonials."

- Tap the button that says "Give Testimonial." You need to be logged in.
- Give a star rating (1 to 5) in all 6 required categories: Overall Experience, Ease of Use, Features, Content, Community, and Recommend.
- Write your actual testimonial — a short message about your experience.
- Submit it.
- Your testimonial doesn't show up right away — it's reviewed by our team first, and only appears publicly once approved.
Contacting Us
Sending a message directly to our team — for a technical problem, a billing question, feedback, or anything else. You don't need to be logged in.
Where: Go to "Community" in the main menu, then tap "Contact Us."

- Fill in your Name, Email, and optionally your Phone number.
- Choose a Reason (required): Technical Issue, Billing & Payment, Marketing & Business Collaboration, Club & Membership, Content & Moderation, Press & Media, or General Feedback.
- Optionally pick a Module if your question is about a specific part of the site — Directory, Events, Learning, AI Stamp, Albums, Announcements/Volunteer, Awards/Publications/Resources, Login/Account, or Other.
- If it relates to something specific — like a particular event — mention it in "Event Reference" (optional), such as the event's name or a link to the exact page.
- Write your message and submit it.
- Our team will get back to you using the email or phone number you provided.
Reading Daily Philately News
A feed of news stories related to stamp and coin collecting — new stamp releases, upcoming events, exhibitions, auctions, discoveries, and general news.
Where: Go to "Community" in the main menu, then tap "Philately News."
Where: Go to "Community" in the main menu, then tap "Philately News."
- You'll see a list of articles. Tap any one to read the full story.
- Filter by type — tap an icon: All, New Issue, Event, Exhibition, Auction, Discovery, or News.
- Filter by country using the country box.
- Filter by date, in one of two ways (tap to switch between them): Date Range (a "From" and "To" date — leave "To" blank to see just that one day), or Month & Year.
- Every filter you've applied shows as a small removable tag.
- On each article there's a bookmark icon — tap it to save that article for later. You need to be logged in to do this.
- Look for a "My Bookmarks" option to see just your saved articles.
