Where: Tap "Events" in the main menu.
- Search by name at the top.
- Filter by Type: Exhibition, Election, Poll, Camp/Workshop, Meeting, Announcements, Volunteer, or Quiz.
- A Status filter appears specific to that type: Exhibition — Accepting Entries/Not Accepting Entries/Ongoing/Finished. Election, Poll, Quiz — Not Yet Open/Open/Closed. Camp/Workshop, Meeting — Upcoming/Ongoing/Finished. Announcements, Volunteer — no status filter, these don't expire the same way.
- You can also filter by Club — search for and pick a specific club.
Where: My Account → Clubs → "Events," then create an Election or Poll.
Step 1 — Info
- Type the Title.
- If Election, choose a Purpose — "Nomination" lets people apply themselves instead of you listing fixed candidates.
- Write a Description.
- If Poll, optionally turn on "Allow other clubs a glimpse?"
Step 2 — Dates
- Set Voting Opens & Closes.
- Set when it should become visible (can be earlier than voting opening).
Step 3 — Rules
- Poll: choose who can vote (Club members only / Selected members / Anyone on the platform); if Selected, search and add specific members. Choose Results visibility: Always shown, or Hidden until voting closes.
- Election: fixed — always club-members-only, always anonymous.
- Either: notify members when voting opens; optional results-announcement note.
Step 4 — Q&A
- Poll: add Questions, each with its own Answer Options.
- Regular Election: add Positions (like "President"), list Candidates for each.
- Nomination Election: add Positions people apply for themselves.
Step 5 — Review & Publish
- Check everything, then tap Publish.
Where: My Account → Clubs → "Events," then create a Camp/Workshop. 4-step process.
Step 1 — Basics: Title, Venue, Publish Date (when the listing appears) vs Event Dates (when it happens) — two separate dates, Description, optional Cover Page and Supporting Document.
Step 2 — Camp/W.Shop
- Tap "+ Add Camp / Seminar / Workshop," choose Type (Youth Camp or Workshop), give it a Title.
- Add Sessions inside it — each with its own Title, Start, End, and optional leader.
- You can add more than one under the same event.
Step 3 — Entry Settings: choose who can register.
Step 4 — Review & Publish: check everything, tap Publish.
Where: My Account → Clubs → "Events," then create a Meeting. 5-step process.
Step 1 — Basics: Title, Venue, Publish Date, Meeting Date/Time, Description.
Step 2 — Agenda: free text on what's being discussed, optional Supporting Document.
Step 3 — Invitations
- Toggle Office Bearers and/or Club Members as automatic audiences.
- Search and add Specific Individuals beyond those groups.
- Add External people who aren't on the site at all, by name.
Step 4 — Attendance: switch on "Record Attendance" if you want to track who shows up.
Step 5 — Review & Publish: check everything, tap Publish.
Where: My Account → Clubs → "Events," then create an Announcement. 4-step process.
Step 1 — Basics: choose "This is about," fill in a Club/Entity Name if relevant, tick Related To topics that apply, optionally link an existing event.
Step 2 — Content: Publish Date, Headline, Content, optional Cover Page and Supporting Document.
Step 3 — Who Sees It: toggle Office Bearers and/or Club Members; search and add Specific Individuals.
Step 4 — Review & Publish: check everything, tap Publish.
Where: My Account → Clubs → "Events," then create a Volunteer post. Same 4-step shape as Announcements, with a different Step 2.
Step 1 — Basics: same as Announcements.
Step 2 — Details: Publish Date, Headline, Content, plus Total Spots (overall headcount needed) and Requirements — each a distinct role with its own title and spot count (e.g. "Setup crew: 3 spots"). Optional Cover Page and Supporting Document.

Step 4 — Review & Publish: same as Announcements.
Where: Open the Volunteer post from Events.
- Pick the Requirement (role) you want to help with, and sign up for it.
- Tap "Withdraw" from that specific requirement if you change your mind — this doesn't affect any other requirement you've also signed up for.
Where: My Account → Clubs → "Events," then create a Quiz. 4-step process.
Step 1 — Basics: Title, dates, description.
Step 2 — Rules: Audience; Attempts Allowed; "Shuffle questions?"; Multi-select scoring approach; when Show Answers happens; "Announce winners?" (only available once a deadline is set).
Step 3 — Questions
- Add a question, choose its type: Single choice, Multiple choice, Dropdown, or Text answer.
- For choice questions, type options and mark the correct one(s).
- Optionally assign Weightage (marks) and turn on Negative marking (its own penalty value).
- If the quiz is Timed overall, set a time limit in seconds per question.
Step 4 — Review & Publish: check everything, tap Publish.
Where: My Account → Clubs → "Events" (or "Awards") on your club's card.
- Choose the recipient: search and pick a real member, or — if they're not on the site — type their name and optionally phone/city/state/pincode/country to create a placeholder for them.
- Fill in Award Title, Category, Date, Citation, Description, and optionally a Medal/Certificate/Trophy description and photos.
- Submit it.
Where: My Account → Clubs → "Events" (or "Publications") on your club's card.
- Fill in Title, Author/Editor, Volume, Issue Number.
- Set the Publication Date.
- Write a Short Description, add Tags.
- Upload a Cover Image and the actual File.
- Choose who can see it: anyone, or only this club's members.
- If club-restricted, you can further limit it by membership tier (free members excluded by default, paid tiers included — adjustable).
- Optionally switch on "Feature on homepage."
- Submit it.
