Viewing & Understanding Your Profile

What shows on your profile page — both what you see and what others see when they visit it.
Where: Tap your own name or photo, usually at the top of My Account, to open your profile page.

1. The cover photo and top corner — your cover banner is at the very top. In the corner, there's a small QR code — this is a referral code: if someone scans it, they'll be taken to the sign-up page with your name already filled in as the person who referred them.
2. Your name and badges — right under your photo, you'll see your name, your location, what you collect, a role tag if you have one, the year you joined, and a green checkmark if your account has been approved.
3. The buttons under your name — on your own profile, "Edit Profile" and "Download Card." On someone else's: Follow, Like, and a follower count.
4. Your completion bar — only you see this on your own profile; it fills up as you add more to your profile.
5. Contact information — this only shows to other members if you've agreed to share your contact details. Even then, your email, phone, and address show as dots (••••••••) that someone has to tap to actually reveal. Your city/state and any website or Facebook link show plainly. If you haven't agreed to share, other members just see a message saying you've chosen to keep it private.
6. About, Identity & Interests, Selling, Themes, Countries & Colonies — these simply display everything you filled in through Edit Profile.
7. "Your QR Code & Visiting Card" section — don't confuse this with the referral QR at the top! This second QR code lets someone scan to directly view your profile (not to sign up). There's also a button here to download your visiting card.
8. Membership — shows the clubs you belong to as real membership cards, with Upgrade/Renew/Leave buttons depending on your status (leaving still needs the club's admin to approve it). See the Clubs Help section for full details on memberships and tiers.
9. Awards & Honours — shows your confirmed awards, which club gave them, and the year. See the Awards Help section for how to report an award.
10. Activity — a row of icons linking to events you've personally created, by type. See the Events Help section for more.
11. Learning — shows your enrolled courses and progress. See the Learning/Courses Help section.
12. Certificates — shows certificates you've earned, with a link to view/download each. See the Learning/Courses Help section.
13. One more thing — right at the bottom, there's a "Request Account Deletion" link, if you ever want to close your account entirely.
