Give important club news a stable place to land.
A message can be urgent and still be easy to lose. Club announcements need a place where members can return, where new members can catch up and where a public visitor can see that the society is active.
The club can publish an update now or later, select who sees it, add a cover image and connect it to a meeting, camp, exhibition, event or other activity. The message remains part of the club’s public story rather than a disappearing notification.
Announcements can be about the club or external, tagged to members, meetings, exhibitions, elections, polls, quizzes, awards, volunteers or learning, marked as a press release and scheduled for now or later.
The secretary publishes an exhibition notice once, shares it in the existing groups and knows that a member joining the conversation later can still find the same approved information.
