Royal Mail launches Stranger Things special-stamp issue

Royal Mail released its first special-stamp issue of 2026 on 13 January, devoted to the television series Stranger Things. The programme comprises 14 stamps: ten character or scene stamps and a miniature sheet of four focusing on the central group of friends. Artwork by Kyle Lambert, known for creating imagery associated with the series, gives the issue a coordinated visual identity across its formats.

The designs draw on characters and scenes from the programme's five seasons and incorporate details linked to its 1980s setting and supernatural storyline. Reports on the release note a hidden feature visible under ultraviolet light, adding a production element beyond the printed image. The issue arrived shortly after the series finale became available to UK audiences.
